FREE UPS CONTINENTAL US GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER
$100.00
All in stock items are usually shipped Same Day (*not including
weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 3 pm EST can
usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed by internet
or by phone receive the same priority handling.
STANDARD CONTINENTAL US GROUND DELIVERY
All ground orders are shipped from our Maryland facility at a flat rate of
$6.95 (see the delivery map below for standard delivery time). 1st and 2 nd DAY CONTINENTAL US DELIVERY
For even faster service, we offer Next Day and Two Day Service (shipments will
be delivered Monday-Friday) to home or business addresses (express service
not available for PO boxes). Note: some oversized products may require additional
shipping charges in which you well be notified before shipping.
3rd DAY CONTINENTAL US DELIVERY
we offer Third Day Service (shipments will be delivered Monday-Friday) to home
or business addresses (express service not available for PO boxes). Note:
some oversized products may require additional shipping charges in which
you well be notified before shipping. Sorry. We can't guarantee UPS 3rd Business
day shipping. Only UPS Next Business Day and UPS 2nd Business Day.
CANADIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION
AND RATES
Standard UPS Ground $15.00 Customer is responsible for all customs and brokerage
fees (if applicable). All internationally shipped back orders are charged
full shipping charge (request that all items ship together to avoid additional
shipping charges).
BACK-ORDERDED ITEMS
If a product is not in stock when you place your order, it will be shipped
to you via Ground Delivery at no additional charge. However, for faster delivery
we will expedite your back-ordered product for an additional shipping charge
(please call 1-800-372-7447 to arrange expedited shipping). For international
orders, we require that all items be in stock before shipping. If you would
prefer to split the shipments and process only the products that are in stock,
please email and request partial shipping. Note: Shipping charges will apply
for each shipment.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Product that is not stocked in our warehouse can usually be shipped within
3 Days. Special-ordered products can not be canceled once the order has been
placed, nor are they returnable for refund.
